For more than 35 years, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall has been home to a wide range of dance, musical and theatrical productions in the Sarasota community and continues to serve as a cultural and educational ambassador to individuals of all ages.
Built in 1968, the Performing Arts Hall opened its doors in 1970 with a production of Fiddler on the Roof and has gone on to host a wide array of musical performers, world-class symphonies and orchestras, and Broadway shows.

- The Grand Foyer- At 6,000 square feet it holds between 35-350 guests and can be expanded to seat 1500 additional guests
